INGREDIENTS
½ kg turai (remove skin)
½ cup groundnut (roast and skin)
1 med onion- (chop fine)
½ tsp mustard seed
4 green chillies ¼ cup oil
1 small garlic pod
METHOD
Grind turai skin, chillies , garlic and nuts. Heat oil, add rai,then onions till brown. Add remaining ingredients with salt. Fry well.
