Coconut Chutney 1 (Matthew)

INGREDIENTS

A [Grind]
1 coconut
2 large tomatoes
½’ ginger
2-3 green chillies

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seed
2 sprig curry leaves
2 large onions [chop fine]

METHOD
Heat oil, add mustard seed, curry leaves and then onions. When dark brown, add ground ingredients [A], boil for a minute and add salt to taste.
