Spring Onion Soup

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch spring onions (chop)
200 ml milk
2 tbsp maida
1 med onion (chop)
1 litre water
2 soup cubes
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil

METHOD

Heat oil. Fry onions and spring onions till pale gold. Add flour and fry for one minute. Then remove from fire. Puree in mixer, strain and return to fire. Add pepper, soup-cubes, and salt.
