Hummus


INGREDIENTS

1 cup kabuli channa
1 flat tsp salt
 ½ tsp chilli pdr
½ cup refined oil (or olive oil)
3 limes - juice
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper-corns (grind)
Paprika –To taste
1 green chilli

METHOD

Soak channa for 6 hours. Pressure cook with salt for 5 minutes. Fry or roast garlic. Blend all ingredients. Garnish with corriander leaves.
