INGREDIENTS
500 g flour
100-125g margarine
3 soup-cubes
1 tsp mustard pdr
1 flat tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder (optional)
2 tsp jeera/caraway seeds (optional)
METHOD
Mix flour, salt and powders together. Crumble soup cubes and add. Rub in margarine. Add milk/water to form dough. Roll fairly thin, cut into strips. Deep fry on medium flame till golden.
