Shankar Palis

INGREDIENTS

350 g flour
200 g rawa [semolina]
250 g powdered sugar
40 g ghee
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
Oil for frying

METHOD

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add ghee and crumble. Knead with water. Leave for one hour. Roll out thinly. Cut into diamonds. Deep fry till golden.
