Sweet-Sour Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

½ kg cabbage [ shred]
1 med onion [ chop fine]
1 green chilli [slit]
Ball of tamarind [juice]
¼ tsp mustard seed
¼ tsp jeera seed
¼ tsp methi seed
¼ tsp haldi pdr
Few curry leaves
2 tsp sugar
Oil
Salt

METHOD: Heat oil, add mustard seed. When it bursts, add remaining seeds, then onion and chilli, curry leaves and finally cabbage. Cook lightly and add salt, tamarind juice and sugar.
